Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and administered by a reputable arbitration provider in San Bernardino County, California. Class actions and jury trials are waived; all claims must be brought in an individual capacity, and the arbitrator has no authority to conduct class or representative proceedings. You and JNC Construction agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
